We undertake a rigorous process of comparing loans of major lenders from all over Australia, including those of the leading banks. Then present and discuss with you a shortlist of loans for consideration.
Individual focus
At this point, an accredited Avenue Finance consultant will work with you to review your needs and lending capacity before suggesting products and structuring your loan. Avenue’s approach means you’ll always deal with the same person, from initial contact to the settlement of your loan, and beyond. Your consultant will be available seven days a week and can meet in our office, your home, or wherever is most convenient for you.
